Hisao is your typical "big bro", always smiling and there to make a harmless joke to brighten anyone's day. He loves fooling around with his coworkers and the idols, but when it's time to work, he means business. Even for such a silly and down to Earth person, he can't stand slackers who don't bother to work as a team and get things done. When it comes to his job he's always one to think outside the box and is very detail-oriented. You'd never hear him utter the saying "Don't sweat the small stuff."

Biography:
Having grown up in a high class family with parents who were never around, he was never very close to them. Despite this, he still knew the value of family and having interpersonal relationships with others. From a young age he had responsibility of taking care of his two younger sisters, but that job usually switched due to his immature personality and lack of ability to prioritize his schoolwork with housework. This all changed in high school when things became worse at home. His parents started traveling for work less and the arguments at home quickly escalated until the year after he graduated, they finally divorced and his father took custody of his youngest sister who was the only one who was still a minor at the time. With no sense of direction in college but all means the funds, he rambled aimlessly through his classes for several years when he signed up for a random class in music theory while he was drunk from a party with his coworkers from his part time job. To his surprise, the class wasn't as dreadful as he imagined it'd be. He soon found himself absorbed in this new world of music. Of course, in high school he'd always listen to the latest songs with his classmates and knew how to play the piano since he took lessons most of his life because his parents had forced him to, but this was completely different. A few weeks later, he made friends with one of his classmates after accidentally slamming the door in her face on the way out and they'd grab coffee together almost daily. He was awestruck by her passion for music and the lyrics and songs she composed which she shared with him over time that one day he decided to try it out for himself. What was so interesting about this!? He had to know for himself. That was probably the biggest mistake and most wonderful blessing in his life all at once. Hisao had found the person who he believed to be the love of his life and his calling! He was a natural at composing music and knew exactly how to portray the perfect feelings through his songs, but that huge accomplishment wasn't enough to keep him happy for long. The woman was already dating someone else and couldn't reciprocate his feelings. He was down in the dumps for the longest time until his youngest sister, who was known for always being quiet and even tempered, yelled at him for being stupid and told him to chase after her instead of being a sore loser and feeling sorry for himself. It took him by surprise but it was just what he needed to get back on his feet and push forward towards his dreams again.
He started off small, composing music for short commercials that his younger sister modeled in and worked his way from the bottom up. He knew if you wanted something you had to work for it and so that's exactly what he did. After about a year, he finally had his big break when Nobuo Uematsu requested to co-collaborate the album official album for the newest final fantasy game with him. It was great publicity for him and raised his stature as a composer but he still hadn't won the heart of his beloved who had just recently broken up with her boyfriend and refused to date anyone. Just around this time he heard news of the world renowned Oracle Generation searching for a producer since they were working to make an idol group instead of only focusing on fashion. Without hesitation he quickly and carefully prepared his portfolio and applied for the job. He hadn't expected it to be so difficult to get the job, but what did he expect from such a prestigious agency?! After several weeks of extensive interviews and tests with other workers at Oracle, all there was left was to wait for the results. A part of him really didn't believe he stood a chance of getting the job, but this was practically his last chance to finally catch the eye of that woman. A week later he was called by the agency to meet up at a strange location. What did that mean? He thought, but arrived as requested to see the familiar director of Oracle standing before him. Hisao would later find that this location would be the future place of the Dream Center.
"You're probably wondering why I called you here," he said nonchalantly with a hand propped at his hip. "Well this is where the dream starts, my friend. The beginning of Generation48."
The director then swiftly held out his hand for Hisao to shake as a comforting smirk pulled at his lips.
"Welcome to the team producer san."
