History:
Raised in a family with two older sisters, Zenkyu was used to being bossed around. They lived near the coast and his father was an avid surfer so he was a strong swimmer from an early age. Throughout his years until early middle school, he never really participated in extracurricular activities or sports. Mouri's grades were great but not as high as he wished they would be. One day his homeroom teacher offered extra credit to anyone who tried out for the school's swim team that was depleting in members. This was a great chance for him to boost his grade to an A. Little did he know that one try out would change his life. The adrenaline once the signal went off and the feeling of water rushing around his body as he pushed forward was enough to make him come back for more. Despite his mediocre time, he was still gladly accepted on the team. Since then Zenkyu has dedicated his life to this sport, always challenging himself to make a shorter time.
